FOX AM NEWS STORY

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 1875 Homestead, a charming Country Victorian home built in the late 1800's. Located on State Road 46, 3 1/2 miles east of Nashville on five peaceful acres where you can relax and escape the "hustle-bustle" and crowds of the village. We invite you to step back in time with us as you enter our "romantically" restored home.

After a day of hiking in our beautiful Brown County State Park or shopping in the village, you may want to choose a book or movie from our library, or simply relax in the hammock. On cool evenings enjoy telling "stories" around the outdoor fire.

Complimentary soft drinks and homemade cookies are available each afternoon and evening.

We will start your next day with richly brewed coffee or select teas. Then enjoy a scrumptious home cooked country breakfast served in The Gathering Room, on antique dishes and crystal.
